Dinner party and the pig

Nothing like some gourmet suckling pig wrapped in crackle to be a reason to congregate! I enjoyed hanging with women leaders in media and business at Art and Soul near Capitol Hill. Executive Chef Wes Morton wowed the crowd of friends with his 4 courses family style dinner. It included an heirloom melon salad and the milk fed pig with egglplant casserole. There was also a local cheese board with fresh honey comb. Apparently honey is the new thing to pair cheese with these days!
